In order to allow Italian participation in international peace and humanitarian initiatives, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation is authorized to grant contributions to initiatives proposed by Italian and foreign private individuals, following a public procedure, in compliance with the principles of transparency and equal treatment.
