Three years since last Mutual Evaluation Report, the FATF Plenary discussed the first follow up report under the regular procedures. Italy has a robust AML/CFT system, further improved after the transposition of the fourth European Directive with the adoption of Legislative Decree n.90/2017. Moreover, the comments received by members highlighted the quality and consistency of the AML measures.
