Undersecretary of Cultural Affairs and Tourism Dorina Bianchi at the OECD to present the Strategic Plan for the Development of Tourism in Italy

Undersecretary of Cultural Affairs and Tourism Dorina Bianchi participated in the 99th session of the OECD Tourism Committee where she presented the Strategic Plan for Development of Tourism in Italy 2017-2022 (available in Italian and English version on http://www.pst.beniculturali.it). The Plan, which was elaborated through a participative multi-stakeholder process, outlines the development of tourism in next six years to relaunch the Italian leadership in the global tourism market.The Plan is based on key drivers such as technological and organisational innovation, skills building and quality services.These aspects are integrated with the need to have a lasting and sustainable approach to the Italian environmental and cultural heritage.
