The OECD Secretary General Gurria has launched the 2017 Economic Survey of Italy

Rome, February 15th. The OECD Secretary General Gurria has launched the 2017 Economic Survey of Italy, in the presence of the Minister Padoan and of the press. During his visit to Italy the Secretary General has also met the Prime Minister, The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Minister of Education, Universities and Research. The Survey is constituted by a General Chapter containing the main recommendations and two thematic chapters, focusing on the revival of private investment and on the problem of skill mismatch. In the Report, the OECD acknowledges the signs of economic recovery recorded recently and evaluates positively most of the reforms enacted by the Government, such as Jobs Act and La Buona Scuola.
