Paris, 23 January 2017 “The food and the projection of Italy in the world – business but not only” Meeting and debate organized by BAA (Bocconi Alumni Association) Paris as a part of the “Coffee Talks on Economics”, in collaboration with the Permanent Delegation of Italy to the International Organisations. The debate, with introductory remarks by Ambassador Alessandro Busacca and the participation of Andrea GOLDSTEIN, Managing Director of Nomisma, Barbara SLAVICH, Associate Professor of strategy at IESEG (Institut d’Économie Scientifique et de Gestion) in Paris, and chef Simone Tondo, was an opportunity to talk about food, cooking, food and wine culture as instruments of foreign policy and economic diplomacy; how the landscape, architecture, literature, film or fashion can be an expression of national values.
