The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has launched three Calls for Tenders for the provision of services in relation to PISA 2029. This document provides the terms of reference for sourcing one service provider or a consortium of services providers for Call for Tenders 2702 for the Sampling (Core C).
Two other call for tenders were launched in May and June 2024: one for the Design, Development and Implementation of PISA 2029 (Core A), and one for the Instrument Development for the Innovative Domain (Core B).
The deadline date for the receipt of offers for CORE C (Call for tenders 2702) is Friday 15 November 2024 (2:00 pm Paris time).
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal « Prospeum » to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested candidates should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.
