The OECD Young Associates Programme (YAP) is receiving applications

The OECD’s annual recruitment initiative for young talent, the Young Associates Programme (YAP) is receiving applications. Candidates are invited to apply until Sunday, December 8th.

Since 2016, the YAP has attracted outstanding recent undergraduates who aspire to gain substantive professional experiences in the sphere of multilateral policymaking, research and analysis. The unique two-year work opportunity, during which the Young Associates are closely mentored by their managers, is designed to act as a springboard for the junior policy analysts to gain significant experience and thereafter position them to pursue studies at competitive postgraduate programmes.
