Mr. Gianluca Vacca, Under-Secretary of State for Cultural Heritage, participated in the 74th session of the Directing Committee of the OECD Cooperative Action Programme on Local Economic and Employment Development /LEED. In his speech, Undersecretary Vacca highlighted the key role of culture not only as guardian of the identity of peoples and nations, but also as a major driver of local development.
