On April 15, on the occasion of the II World Research Day in the World, we organized a seminar held by Prof. Vincenzo Fogliano of the University of Wageningen (Netherlands), on the theme "Food Design in Developing Countries: How to Combine Value Creation and Proper Nutrition ”. The initiative was presented at the OECD Conference Center and was set up with the collaboration of the Development Center, as part of the annual cycle of conferences on sustainable development "DevTalks".
Prof. Fogliano illustrated his research in the field of nutrition, illustrating the use of agricultural products to produce quality food products, which could help to tackle the problem of malnutrition in Africa.
