to delve deeper, thanks to the testimonies of experts in the sector, academics<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">, representatives of the OECD and IEA, exponents of the French and Italian economic world, the role that hydrogen could have in the ecological transition.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Opening the proceedings, Ambassador D&#8217;Alessandro recalled the commitment of Italy and France to promote national strategies for the development of the hydrogen supply chain, highlighting the opportunities for bilateral cooperation resulting from them.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u201cFrom this point of view, the Quirinale Treaty offers an important tool to address the great challenges connected to the decarbonisation of the respective economies in a collaborative logic\u201d she commented.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Ambassador Sabbatucci, for his part, recalled the numerous challenges faced to improve the use of low-emission hydrogen, useful for combating climate change while at the same time creating new economic opportunities.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u201cThe analytical contribution of the OECD and the recommendations of the IEA offer a reference of absolute value for accelerating the energy transition and developing policy lines that can combine sustainability and economic growth\u201d he indicated.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Two round tables took place during the conference.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The first, with experts from the International Organizations based in Paris, OECD and IEA, and the second dedicated to the bilateral Italian-French exchange of experience with representatives of primary economic entities: France Hydrog\u00e8ne, Air Liquide, Iveco and Intesa SanPaolo.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The conference allowed for an in-depth analysis, from a multilateral and bilateral perspective, of the main macro-economic and policy aspects, current and future technological developments, as well as growth opportunities in the hydrogen supply chain.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Embassy of Italy in France and the Italian Permanent Representation to the International Organizations of Paris jointly organized a conference at the Embassy dedicated to &#8220;The New Frontiers of Hydrogen&#8221;
