NICOLA ALLOCCA AND UMBERTO BALDI HAVE BEEN APPOINTED AS PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT OF THE ANTI-CORRUPTION COMMITTEE OF THE BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY ADVISORY COMMITTEE

Dr. Nicola Allocca has been appointed Chair of the OECD Business and Industry Advisory Committee and Dr. Umberto Baldi will support the leadership structure as Vice-Chairs.
Nicola Allocca is currently Vice-Chairs of the Anti-Corruption Committee of the OECD Business Group, he has gained numerous international experiences in multinational companies, mainly in the areas of Risk Management, Performance Improvements and Strategic Consulting.
Umberto Baldi has a wide experience in international corporate, financial and regulatory matters, principally in the structuring and execution of corporate and financial transactions and in the design of compliance policies and procedures.
