It has been published the Italian version of the Report of the OECD Working Group on the Corruption in international business transactions, related to phase 4.The Report assesses and makes recommendations on Italy’s implementation and enforcement of the Convention on combating bribery of foreign public officials in international economic transactions and related instruments.
