The Minister for the Economy and Finance, Pier Carlo Padoan, spoke this morning at the OECD Conference Center following an invitation by the Secretary General Angel Gurria, to discuss the delicate issue of financial education and present the Italian perspective on the topic. Prof. Annamaria Lusardi from the George Washington University School of Business and Prof. Elsa Fornero of the University of Turin also took part in the debate.
